DATA LOGGER

OWL2pe data logger and accessories Our On-site Weather Logger offers an uncompromising level of performance for researchers and practitioners on tight budgets. We offer a range of accessories, including sensors, multiplexers, batteries, solar panels, communications, and firmware options. This unit is highly customizable for the variety of unusual sensors and sampling schemes that arise in environmental research.

LIGHT SENSORS and AMPLIFIERS
	LI190 Quantum PAR sensor, LI200 Pyranometer, LI210 Photometer & mounting fixtures We distribute LI-COR pyranometers, quantum PAR sensors, and photometers for accurate scientific light level measurements. Use the UTA and UCLC (listed below) to amplify the sensor signal up to data logger and control system levels.
	UTA, "Universal Transconductance Amplifier" Amplifies the micro-amp current output of LI-COR light sensors up to standard 0-1, -2, -5 and -10 volt levels.
	UCLC "Universal Current Loop Converter" Amplifies the micro-amp current output of LI-COR light sensors up to standard 4-20ma current loop levels.
	USEA "Universal Single Ended Amplifier" Amplifies the low voltage signals produced by star pyranometers, net radiometers and O2 sensors up to standard 0-1, -2, -5 and -10 volt levels.

TEMPERATURE
	TF precision temperature probes Rugged, cable mounted, waterproof temperature probes generate 10 millivolts per degree Fahrenheit or per degree Celsius.
	DIYTF temperature probe parts kit This kit includes our unique 3DXT circuit board, and optionally the LM34CAH or LM35CAH linear temperature IC, and other surface mount parts, and adhesive lined heat shrink tubing.

WETNESS and MOISTURE
	LWET leaf wetness probe A conductive grid is driven by integrated AC oscillator to produce either a frequency or current output proportional to the level of wetness on the artificial leaf surface. This sensor is useful in agriculture for pest control models and in control systems.
	Irrometers™ RSUxx (tensiometers) We distribute soil moisture probes manufactured by Irrometer Corp, tensiometers that report soil suction (or pressure) directly in centibars over a 4&endash;20 milliamp current loop.
	Watermark Granular Matrix Sensors These are like gypsum blocks, but they cover a much wider range of soil suction values. They give a qualitative indication of soil moisture at a low price (compared to a tensiometer).
	SMX soil moisture excitation This circuit provides AC excitation to the Watermark gypsum blocks. The output is a frequency or a current for input to a COUNT or analog input of the OWL2c or other data loggers.
